The first release in the newest bullion series from the Royal Canadian Mint, the Predator Series!
This coin features the cougar, which is found through out North and South America. It is the apex predator in much of it's range, most often seen at night. It is the second heaviest cat in the hemisphere, and is reclusive and avoids people.
The reverse of this coin features a cougar that appears to be attacking the engraving around the bottom of the field. It's claw has ripped through the line surrounding the wording, and the detail present on the cougar is breathtaking. From it's realistic fur and whiskers to it's fierce canine teeth, we can see why the cougar is such a feared predator. New for an RCM limited bullion series coin, this coin features micro engraved radial lines as well as a laser engraved maple leaf mint mark that contains the year of manufacture.
As the first issue in a series of four coins, we expect this to be extremely popular both with bullion investors and collectors of animal themed coins. Order yours today!
Multiples of 25 will ship in a mint tube, while multiples of 500 will ship in a monster box.
