Acquire your 1 oz 1996 NGC MS-69 American Eagle Silver Coin from our online store, at the guaranteed lowest price!
The 1996 edition of the extremely popular American Eagle series remains as the lowest minted in the entire series. This rare coin comes certified by NGC with an MS-69 or near perfect grading and 999 pure silver content.
The obverse of this round features Adolph A. Weinman's illustration of Lady Liberty walking with the Star Spangled banner draped over one shoulder, with an olive branch in hand, as the sun beacons at the horizon. “Liberty” is prominently displayed above her head. The official motto of the United States “In God we Trust” is also displayed.
The reverse displays the heraldic Eagle with an inverted pyramid of 13 stars representative of the original Colonies of the United States. The Country of issue is shown above the eagle, and its weight and face value are shown below.
This American eagle coin comes preserved in a certified hard case issued by NGC. This and its low mintage make it extremely appealing to both collectors and investors.
