COIN HIGHLIGHTS
- Ships individually in protective packaging
- Consisting of 1/4 oz of 9999 Fine Gold

- Reverse: Features The Unicorn of Scotland gallantly leaping over the Scottish shield, along with the metal weight and purity
Scotland's deep connections with the unicorn stem from its Celtic culture. Celtic mythology believed unicorns to represent innocence and purity while associated with chivalry, pride and boldness. One particularly significant aspect in the heraldry of the unicorn is the gold chain which is used to restrain the beast. The chain wraps around the animal, perhaps depicting the enormous power of the mystical beast and the control the Scottish Kings had over them.
