Specifications
The $20 for $20 coin series has been one of the Royal Canadian Mint's best selling series over a number of years. These 1/4 ounce pieces are the most affordable numismatic products offered by the Mint, and this one comes in an air-tite capsule for extra protection.
The obverse of this coin has the Susanna Blunt effigy of H.R.H. Queen Elizabeth II.
The reverse features a wolf running across a winter landscape. The wolf is staring directly at us, leaving no doubt that we are the prey that is being hunted.
This 2013 release sold out quickly when initially offered, and the limited mintage of only 250,000 coins means that it will always be in demand.
This coin ships in a full colour cardboard sleeve as originally issued by the RCM.
