The reverse features a depiction of the stork by Aleysha Howarth with an Australian twist. For centuries in Western Folklore parents have been telling their children that babies are delivered by a stork. As an Australian take on the legend the artist has used a cute coloured Kookaburra instead carrying a sleeping newborn in a swaddling cloth. A depiction of Australian vegetation and the words "Congratulations On Your Baby" and the Perth Mint's "P" mint mark complete the design.
