This coin commemorates the moments before the infamous collision between the R.M.S.Titanic and the iceberg that sank her.
The fine detail includes the longitude and latitude of the accident, steam blowing in the wind and the bow cutting through the rippling water towards it's doom on its maiden voyage. The coin is hand polished to a mirror-like shine with a background that shows the eastern coast of Canada and the line and arrow she had traveled towards the the position in the frigid North Atlantic where the great steamship met her tragic end.
This coin is encapsulated and presented in a maroon RCM-branded clam shell.
